The Palace Comedy Experience: COVID-19 Guidance

We are incredibly excited to be bringing live comedy back to Wells with The Palace Comedy Experience.

We will be doing everything we can to ensure the best safety of our audiences, staff and performers by complying with the latest government guidelines. Please help us to make this a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone by following these rules and respecting the guidelines.

COVID-19 Symptoms
Please DO NOT ATTEND this event if you feel unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19, including:
-       High temperature
-       New persistent cough
-       Loss of smell or taste

Booking Information
These outdoor shows are operating at full capacity. Seating will be provided in unallocated theatre-style rows (please do not bring your own chairs).

Contact information from your booking details will be collected in line with See Tickets Privacy Policy in case it becomes necessary to share this information with NHS Test and Trace.

COVID-19 Policy
If the event is cancelled due to an update in COVID-19 restrictions we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your ticket to a date when the show can be rescheduled or a refund.

Arrival
Please note the various door and show times for your show. Seating is unallocated and we recommend arriving early to get comfortable before the show starts, and please, where possible, arrive with your full group.

Leaving After the Show
At the end of the show please be patient and follow any instructions from staff so that we can allow everyone to exit the venue safely. 

These shows run straight through without an interval.

Face Masks
Masks are not mandatory, but we do recommend, for the safety of others, that you wear a mask when moving around the venue and in any indoor spaces (such as toilets).

Sanitation
We will be doing everything we can to ensure the best safety of our audiences, staff and performers by complying with the latest government guidelines. Hand sanitiser will be available on site, and seating will be thoroughly cleaned between performances.
