A stand-up comedy show is someone talking; saying stories and telling lies and trying to be funny. This show is exactly like that, performed by the comedian Sara Pascoe.
A multi award-winning stand up, Sara has had a sell-out West End run earlier this year, filmed her own comedy special, ‘Sara Pascoe Live from the BBC’, and both guest starred on and hosted episodes of ‘Live at the Apollo’ (BBC).
She starred throughout the second series of ‘Taskmaster’ (Dave) and is a regular guest on ‘Frankie Boyle’s New World Order’ and on shows such as ‘QI’ and ‘Have I Got News For You?’ (BBC).
Sara’s debut book ‘Animal’ was published (Faber & Faber) to widespread critical acclaim. Sara has written a series. ‘The Modern Monkey’, for Radio 4, and is currently writing her second book.
